A unique career
We like to think that there's no better place for science savvy people to be than at the forefront of both research and product development.
How would you feel publishing ground-breaking science one day, and developing life-changing biotech products the next? Our Bioinformatics Project Managers contribute to many research areas and publish papers, and in parallel work with the private sector on many crucial innovations. We offer a unique viewpoint into everything that's happening in life sciences today, and endless opportunities to challenge yourself while working with leading global companies and research groups. Sounds cool, right? We certainly think so.
Diversity and equality
Not all great minds are alike! We believe that diversity adds perspectives and makes for a more stimulating, open, and safe working environment for all team members. Currently, our team of over 20 consists of members working from 10 different countries and represents even more nationalities, all united by the passion for our work.
Our compensation structure guarantees that all employees receive equal pay for equivalent work, with no consideration of gender, ethnicity, or age. Our values are built on transparency and openness. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated, everyone feels valued and all employees have equal access to opportunities and resources.
Flexible working models
We understand the importance of good work-life balance and that personal preferences may differ when it comes to working models. That’s why we offer both options for fully remote working and flexible hybrid working for different positions.
